Masterlist Updates
You've upgraded your character and you want to have their Masterlist entry match. That's easy enough! You fill out the template below. Click on it to be brought to Deviantart to download and get instructions.
Once filled out, submit it to #masterlist-updates on the Moonbeyms Discord. Also include a link to your Moonbeyms tracker. A staff member will look it over and approve it.
Masterlist Updates open once a month. You can update up to three Moonbeyms a month and only once a month.
You do not need to update your Masterlist entry in order to draw your Moonbeym with the traits you've earned.
When do you need to update your Masterlist Entry?
This is usually needed before events, combat or breeding. When an event is about to happen, the masterlist entry is the official one we use for events. So when people draw your character or reference how they look they have to go by what is listed in the Masterlist. Any physical bonuses from traits are based on official masterlist entries.
We will always notify you when an event is coming and that you might want to update your Masterlist entry. Masterlist updates are only open for a short amount of time so that staff isn't overwhelmed.
